Case management: tracking and documenting takedown requests.
Client support: offering guidance and documentation for removal processes.
We do not guarantee that all removal requests will be successful, as final decisions depend on third-party platforms, websites, and authorities.
You must:
Be at least 18 years old;
Provide accurate and complete information when registering;
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and for content you have rights to manage or request removal of.
You agree not to:
Upload or submit unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content;
Impersonate another person or misrepresent ownership of content;
Use automated tools to disrupt or overload the Service.
You are solely responsible for the information you provide and the authenticity of removal requests.
Services may be offered via one-time payments or recurring subscriptions.
All fees are displayed before checkout and must be paid in full.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for completed services or partially used subscription periods, except where required by law.

All trademarks, designs, and content on the Fresa Shield platform are the property of the Company.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
You retain rights to any files or screenshots you upload for case documentation.
Fresa Shield acts as an intermediary to assist in removal requests; we do not own or control third-party platforms.
We are not liable for delays, denials, or failures of external sites to comply with requests.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresa Shield shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms;
Misuse the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
Fail to pay outstanding fees.
You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
